It was built and finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed, throughout, with much attention to detail. Outside there is a private yard and balcony, overlooking the Lybian Sea with a BBQ and a dining area, to enjoy alfresco dining. The magnificent outdoor swimming pool, which combined with the perfect sea view, will keep you there the whole day. The luxury combined with the ultimate privacy offers an unforgettable stay and a unique experience.

Inside, on the 1st floor, there is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities along with a dining area. Next, there is a comfortable living room area with a beautiful view of the Libyan sea. A gym in order to keep fit and a sauna to relax along with a bathroom can be found on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathroom, wardrobes and air-conditioning. A baby cot and high chair can be provided if necessary.

The expansive garden of the property filled with different kinds of flowers and bushes has been specially designed to maintain high standards.

The villa is accessible by car with a private parking area.

Agia Fotia beach is accessible by walking (5 minutes). Fabulous south beaches, waterfront tavern is accessible by walking (10 minutes) or by car (3 minutes)

Rozites Villa is located 3 km from Kerame village, a 50-minute drive from Rethymno city. During your stay in Crete, it is recommended to hire a car for easy access throughout the island.
